How it works

Introduction to Programming

The Project Retrospective workshop is a valuable half to full-day session designed for teams and colleagues who have worked together on a project. It’s a crucial opportunity to reflect on the project as a whole, identify what went well, highlight areas with potential for improvement, and acknowledge what didn’t go as planned. During the retrospective, our experienced coaches guide the process, ensuring that every team member has a chance to contribute and share their perspective. Through open discussion, the team collaboratively determines action items that can be implemented in future projects, fostering continuous improvement. This workshop not only provides a comprehensive overview of the project’s successes and challenges but also enhances team dynamics by encouraging open communication and collective problem-solving. By the end of the session, teams leave with a clearer understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, along with practical steps for achieving greater success in their next project.
