How it works

Double Diamond of Design Thinking

The Innovation Bootcamp is a dynamic 1-2 week workshop where participants work in cross-functional teams of 4-5 people to create functional prototypes addressing real-world problems. The bootcamp follows the principles of Design Thinking, starting with small input sessions that guide participants through each phase of the process. With a heavy emphasis on hands-on learning and iterative development, participants begin by identifying key problems and building detailed personas to understand the needs and motivations of their target users. Teams then move on to writing clear problem statements, which serve as a foundation for ideation sessions where multiple techniques are used to generate innovative ideas. Coaches are on hand throughout the bootcamp to provide expert guidance and support, helping teams refine their concepts and stay on track. Once teams settle on a viable idea, the focus shifts to prototyping, with an emphasis on iterative development and real-world testing. By the end of the bootcamp, each team will have a functional prototype that addresses their chosen problem. The workshop culminates in a pitch session where teams present their ideas and prototypes.
