How it works

Double Diamond of Design Thinking

The design thinking workshop is customizable to suit your specific requirements, ensuring maximum relevance and effectiveness for your team. Typically comprising 6 to 10 modules, tailored to fit the allocated time frame, the workshop is designed to apply the methodology of design thinking. The double diamond structure of design thinking serves as a powerful framework for guiding participants through a workshop. In the first diamond, participants embark on a journey of discovery, where they immerse themselves in understanding the problem space. Through research, observation, and empathy-building exercises, they gain deep insights into user needs, motivations, and pain points. This divergent phase encourages exploration and ideation, generating a multitude of ideas to address the identified challenges. In the second diamond, participants converge on refining and prototyping their ideas. Through iterative cycles of prototyping, testing, and feedback, they transform their concepts into tangible solutions. This structured approach fosters creativity, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring that participants develop solutions that are both desirable for users and feasible to implement.
